You've Been Boo'd Boxes!

Do you "Boo" your neighborhood? We love to deliver little treats to our neighbors old and young and these little boxes and tags make it so much fun! We fill the boxes with candy and wait until it is dusk out and then we place the boxes on the door handles and ring the doorbell and run! Once you have been "Boo'd" you are suppose to "Boo" someone else which leads to a lot of fun little treats for everyone and the kids just LOVE it! This box is approximately 6" tall with handle and 1-3/4" wide.  The basket front is approximately 3" tall and holds lots and lots of goodies. The file is compatible with both the 12x12 and 8-1/2x12 mats!

This file will be sized larger than the 12x12 mat with all the pieces grouped together.  In the Studio software, simply "ungroup" the file and move the pieces you want to cut to the virtual mat Note: Anything that is off to the side of the active mat will not cut so just leave the items off to the side until you are ready to cut them.  If you resize anything, make sure you do so BEFORE ungrouping items to keep all proportions accurate.

1.  Cut out all your pieces.  Once you cut, fold on the scorelines.
2-3.   Add a strong adhesive to the tabs as shown. The mats are adhered on the basket base to show where the adhesive goes.
4.  Adhere the sides together.  They will overlap a little but will form the banner shape like your side mats.
5. Adhere your mats on, your box should look similar to this now.
6. For the "You've Been Boo'd", I like to cut mine out with vinyl.  It makes the cuts easier and since it is adhesived back it's even easier to put on!
7-8. Apply the transfer tape and adhere it to the front of the box.
9. Now your box should look like this.
10. Adhere your bat on the the box and embellish as desired!
